AI GROWTH ORCHESTRATION
Faster execution. Human judgment.
We connect AI, your team and your existing workflows to improve research, analysis and execution — with clear owners, review points and measurable criteria.
Start with one useful workflow. Scope, tools, access and costs are agreed before implementation.
AI supports the work. People own the decisions.
START WITH THE WORK, NOT THE TOOL
We prioritize tasks that repeat, consume time or depend on scattered information. Each use case starts with a baseline, a responsible owner and a clear definition of a good result.
Organize approved sources into briefs on customers, competitors or markets. Keep source references so the team can validate the findings.
Turn agreed campaign or funnel data into a draft performance summary. A responsible person verifies the figures, interpretation and next actions.
Create and adapt drafts from an approved brief and brand guidance. Editorial review checks facts, tone and rights before publication.
Organize contact context and prepare follow-up drafts from the information your team is authorized to use. People decide what is sent and when.
Connect agreed tasks, notifications and handoffs. Define who approves each step and how exceptions reach the right person.
AN EXAMPLE, NOT A PERFORMANCE CLAIM
Illustrative workflow: your team exports the agreed campaign and funnel data. AI helps structure a draft; your analyst checks the calculations and approves the recommendations.
Evaluate preparation time, factual corrections, completeness and adoption against the baseline. Scale only if the workflow meets the agreed criteria.
A PILOT YOUR TEAM CAN OWN
An implementation service, not a mandatory software platform or a promise of autonomous growth. We work with suitable existing tools and agree any new dependencies first.
Map the task, inputs, friction, owner and baseline. Choose a pilot with a clear business purpose and manageable dependencies.
Configure the agreed workflow, instructions and connections. Define review points, data handling and a manual fallback before testing.
Test representative examples and exceptions. Train the owners and decide whether to improve, expand or stop the pilot based on evidence.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
The task, objective, baseline, scope, owner and acceptance criteria.
The instructions, templates and tool connections agreed for the pilot.
Approval points, source checks, permitted inputs and a manual fallback.
Test examples, errors found, unresolved limitations and the decision criteria.
Operating guidance and a working session with the people responsible for the workflow.
Recommended next changes and visibility of the agreed tool and usage costs.
Need to define the priority first? Growth Diagnostic helps identify the constraint. Need the underlying funnel and follow-up infrastructure? Growth Systems connects it.
BEFORE WE START
No. We define where AI assists and where a person must review or approve. Strategy, external publication and customer communications retain the agreed human oversight.
Before connecting tools, we agree which information may be used, who can access it and the relevant provider terms. We minimize inputs and avoid sending sensitive information by default.
Only if the agreed workflow requires them. Licenses, model usage and ongoing operation are identified separately in the proposal. Existing tools are assessed first.
We compare the agreed criteria with the baseline: time, quality, error rate or adoption, as appropriate. A pilot can reveal that a task is better kept manual; expansion depends on the evidence.
ONE USEFUL WORKFLOW TO START
Let’s choose a practical opportunity and define a pilot your team can test, review and operate.
